Definitions

Colour Temperature
Relates to the colour appearance of the bulb. The colour temperature of natural outdoor light varies from day to day and season to season, 5400 - 5900° Kelvin has been specified as the temperature of typical natural outdoor light. A higher color temperature is cooler (blue) in appearance whereas a lower color temperature is warmer (redder) in appearance.

Colour Rendering Index
Color Rendering Index (CRI ) is a quantitative measure of the ability of an artificial light source to reproduce colors on an object in comparison with natural sunlight. Sunlight has been set as the standard and has a CRI rating of 100.

Lumen Output
Unit of measure for the flow of light; expresses the total quantity of light given off by a source regardless of direction.
