The Representatives are strategically spread throughout organized areas within the Atlantic region with the head office and distribution center in Sydney, Nova Scotia. 20/20 is considered a good corporate citizen and a boost to the Atlantic Canadian economy.

Active memberships include the Better Business Bureau of the Maritime Provinces, Canadian Federation of Independent Business, Atlantic Provinces Chamber of Commerce and the Industrial Cape Breton Board of Trade.

The company sells to a wide variety of customers that represent the full spectrum of businesses established in the region. 20/20 customers are a mixture of commercial outlets, professional offices, medical offices, food processors, restaurants, farms, manufacturing plants, offshore oil, governments, warehousing and retail outlets, etc... 20/20 generally services everything except the domestic lighting market.
